The fragrance concentrate is formulated to standard cosmetic safety levels and is suitable for most skin types. As with any fragrance, we'd recommend a small patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before applying it more broadly, particularly if you have a history of fragrance sensitivity.

It leans evening and cooler-weather by nature — the smoky, resinous profile suits autumn and winter, and tends to read better after dark or in cooler air. That said, a single light spray can work in cooler daytime settings; it's the heavier hand that pushes it firmly into evening territory.

It opens warm and a little sweet — think cured tobacco leaf and dried fruit — before settling into the deep, resinous heart of oud wood. Underneath sits a smoky, leathery base with hints of creamy vanilla and spice.
