Hiya India Scandall Fine Fragrance Oil is a sweet, sultry concoction inspired by the intense and daring floral fragrance Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal. Rich honey and sweet blood orange with warm patchouli gave Scandall an utterly decadent and effortless, enticing essence that is playful and over the top.

Formulation: Basic Perfume Using Hiya Scandall Fine Fragrance Oil

Eau de Parfum Formula (100 ml batch)

Procedure for Perfume Making

1. Measure 20 ml of your Hiya Fine Fragrance Oil.

2. Add 78 ml of perfumery-grade ethanol and stir well.

3. Incorporate fixative (if using) and blend thoroughly.

4. Add water dropwise, if clarity or roundness is needed.

5. Let it rest (macerate) in a cool, dark place for 2-4 weeks.

6. Filter using a coffee filter for crystal clarity (optional).

7. Bottle and label appropriately for use or sale.
